To amend a campaign
Should you wish to change a designated store or date after the booking has been confirmed online, a charge of £50 per date or store will be administered.
To cancel part of a campaign
If you wish to cancel part of a campaign booking (i.e. individual days) by giving more than 28 working days notice, lime shall retain 50% of the total fees, subject to adjustments made to day rates as a result of changes to the overall campaign size.
If you wish to cancel part of a booking by giving the agency less than 28 working days notice, the agency shall be entitled to retain all fees.
To cancel a campaign
If you wish to terminate the campaign:
- For bookings of 5 days or less
lime shall retain the total amount of the booking.
- For bookings of 6 days or more
If lime are given more than 28 working days notice,all monies will be returned to the client minus an administration fee subject to the number of days booked as set out below
