Registration
In order to book any stores you will need a user name and password. Please click here to register. Once we receive your request we will conduct the necessary credit checks and advise you by e-mail when your registration is complete.
Campaign Planning
Once you have your user name and password you can start planning your store bookings.
To make a new booking, click on New Campaign. You should then provide a name for the campaign and a brief description of what you are proposing. You will then need to select a product group from the drop down list provided. This will enable lime to ensure that no similar activities are booked in the same store on the same date, therefore it is very important that you select the correct group as lime may cancel bookings if the incorrect product group is used.
Next you will need to insert the start and end date for your activity. This is particularly important if you are planning a campaign in a number of stores across an extended period – it will allow you to start to select stores that are available once you have completed all the Campaign Details.
Stock Uplifts
It is possible to request additional stock uplift during the activity to meet the increased demand generated. To request this additional stock uplift please tick the box on the set up screen. Please note that all stock requests must be approved by your Tesco buyer and we will require further details when you confirm your booking.
We can only organise one stock uplift for every store booked in your campaign and the same amount of uplift will be allocated per product to every store. We are unable to arrange multiple uplifts to stores.
Finally, if you intend to be distribute Tesco ‘money off next purchase’ coupons during your activity, please advise how many coupons you plan to distribute and their value.
Once all of these details have been added, you can start to plan your store bookings by clicking on the stores tab.
To maximise the success of your Campaign, you may wish to take advantage of the most advanced targeting available in the market before you start adding stores on the next tab. Targeting is included in the ratecard price for bookings of 26 days or more and there are several options to choose from to get the best for your brand. If you would like to discuss targeting opportunities before you add stores to your campaign, please refer to the ‘targeting and evaluation’ link on the left hand side, or call lime on 020 7071 2510.
Planning Stage
Once you have switched to the ‘Stores’ tab, if you know the name of the store you want to book, simply click in the store name box, type the name and click on Go. The site will then display all stores that include this name. The display also shows the store number, the region and the type of store (Extra or Superstore). If you would prefer to search by region or store type you can use the additional search fields.
Once you have found a store you want to book, you should click on the bookings column to display the available dates within your specified activity date range. To request a booking, simply click on the relevant date and then click on Request Booking. You can then select another store or save if you have finished.
Your campaign will remain in planning status and you can return at anytime to amend existing dates, cancel or request new store dates. However, please note that at this stage the store is not booked or reserved for your activity. Your campaign can remain in planning for 7 days before it will automatically be removed from the system. To return to your campaign at any time, click on campaigns and select edit.
Submitting your booking – Provisional Stage
Once you have finished planning your campaign, you will need to submit it for provisional booking. To do, so find the relevant campaign on your list and click on submit. The booking details will be submitted to lime and we will provisionally book the requested store dates if they are available and not conflicting with an in-store sampling competitor brand. You will be advised, by email, within 24 hours of all stores that we have been able to book.
You will also be advised if we have not been able to book any stores, at that point you can then add any additional stores required from the availability list on the ‘Stores’ tab. Please note that if you make any changes to stores bookings, the campaign will return to planning status and will need to be resubmitted for provisional booking.
Provisional store bookings will be held for a period of 7 days. If you do not confirm your campaign within this time it will be cancelled and all provisional store bookings removed.
Confirming Stage
In order to confirm your campaign, once you are happy with all of the stores you have provisionally booked, you will need to submit a Tesco Car Parks Activity Application.
To do this, select the campaign from your list and click on confirm. This will open the Confirm Campaign page.
If you require lime to arrange a stock uplift to support your activity you will need to input the details on this screen, the following information will be required
